"Quick shipping, but communication could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a Casper mattress last week, and the shipping itself was quicker and easier than I expected. I got tracking fast, and the box showed up on the day it was supposed to, which was a relief.
The only thing that annoyed me was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was actually happening until the tracking updated. Still, the driver left it by my door, the box looked fine, and there weren’t any delays or missing packages, so overall it was a simple experience.

"Good quality, feels solid"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and the materials feel really nice. The cover seems well made, and I haven’t noticed any sagging or loose stitching so far. I did take off one star because it runs a little warmer than I expected, but to be fair, I’m also someone who gets hot easily at night, so that might just be me...

"Quick setup, just be ready for the heavy box"
Ordered it from Casper and it got here right on time, which was nice. The box was heavier than I expected though, dragging it into the room by myself was the hardest part. But once I got it where I wanted, unboxing was easy. The mattress puffed up fast too, and the smell wasn’t bad, just a little new-mattress thing. I think the whole setup took maybe 20 minutes, not counting me struggling with the box for a bit.

I’m usually quick to pick up on that new-product chemical smell, and I tend to check for patterns like whether it’s stronger right out of the box or fades after a few hours. With this, I didn’t notice any weird smell at all. No off-gassing, no lingering odor, nothing.

"At Least They Got the Firmness Right"
I got my Casper mattress after seeing it described as medium firm, that part was actually accurate. It’s not so soft that you sink into it, but it’s not rock hard either. It took me a couple nights to adjust, which was annoying, but now it feels right. I’ll give them credit for one thing: the firmness matches what they claimed on the site. If it hadn’t, I would’ve been seriously mad, because companies really need to stop overpromising on this stuff.

"Easy trial. No hassle return."
I tried the mattress for a few weeks. It just wasn’t right for me. The return was much easier than I expected. No awkward questions. No pressure to keep it. They set up the pickup fast. My refund came through without any issues. it made me trust Casper more, even though I ended up returning it. The trial really felt risk free

"Solid mattress for the price"
I’ve had my casper mattress for a few months now, i’m happy with it. It wasn’t the cheapest option I looked at, but it feels like I got a decent deal for the quality.
Shipping was simple, and getting it set up wasn’t a hassle. It felt a little firmer than I expected at first, but after sleeping on it for a bit, I got used to it and it’s been comfortable.
I’d probably give it 5 stars if mattresses and bedding in general didn’t feel so overpriced these days. Still, I don’t regret buying it. That’s about it.

Overall, this bed has been really comfortable and has a nice soft feel without being too much. Compared to a lot of other beds I’ve tried, it definitely feels cozier, but I do wish the edges were a little firmer when sitting or lying near the side

"Still holding up better than others I’ve tried"
I’ve had this for about a year now, and it’s still holding up well. It still feels solid and hasn’t gotten flimsy like a couple of similar ones I’ve bought from other brands in the past. So far, I’m happy with it.

"I used to wake up sweaty way too..."
I used to wake up sweaty way too often, and it was getting miserable. This mattress has been a big improvement. It doesn’t feel freezing or anything, so don’t expect some ice-cold surface, but it stays cool enough that I’m actually comfortable through the night. If you’re a hot sleeper, I’d definitely pay attention to this one

"Honestly sleeping better than before"
I got my Casper mattress about a month ago, my sleep has been better. I’m not waking up as much during the night, and my back feels a lot less stiff in the morning. It did take me a few nights to get used to it, but overall I’m happy with it. Not perfect, but definitely an improvement...

"Support was helpful, but it took a little while"
They did end up fixing my issue, so I’m happy with that. It took a bit longer than I expected, though I’m not totally sure if that’s typical or just what happened in my case. Overall, the support was helpful once they got to it

"This mattress has helped a lot..."
This mattress has helped a lot with the pressure on my hips and shoulders!! I’m not waking up nearly as sore now, which is such a relief... It did take me a few nights to get used to it, though!! It’s not totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with it so far!!!

"The edge support honestly blew me away"
I was seriously convinced the sides were going to collapse the second I sat down, like I’d be slowly sliding into the abyss while trying to put my shoes on. But nope — the edge support on my Casper is way better than I expected. I can sit on the side of the bed totally comfortably, put my shoes on, and not feel like I’m about to roll off into disaster. I’ve even slept close to the edge, and it still feels solid. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, i have zero complaints so far.

"My partner tosses and turns a lot..."
My partner tosses and turns a lot at night, and with the casper mattress I barely notice it anymore, which has made a big difference. I’m sleeping better and not waking up every time they move. I’m still getting used to the feel of it a bit, so I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely perfect yet, but overall I’m happy with it so far
